Join us for an all-levels, small-group hatha yoga class lead by instructor Noelle Beadling. Class begins with a brief guided meditation and centering, and is then followed by a classical hatha yoga flow. Asana practice (postures) begins with sun salutations, then moves through standing poses and floor poses, finishing with savasana and a brief closing meditation. Pranayama (breathing practice) is woven in to class. This class is designed to be challenging and engaging, yet accessible to most yoga students. Class size is limited to six students in order to provide more personalized attention. Please arrive early. Mats, blocks, belts and blankets are provided. $15/class, or $45 for a 4-class card.
